About Lametra

Lametra B. Off is the founder of LBO Career Coaching & Consulting LLC, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a Leadership Evolution Architect.

The Perspective Behind Her Work

Leadership challenges are not always about skill or capability.

More often, they reflect a tension between identity and expectation.

Through her work, she observed that leaders often feel pressure to perform leadership in ways that conflict with who they are.

That insight led to the development of the Leadership Gap Principle™ — a framework that helps leaders recognize that tension as a signal for perspective shift and leadership evolution.

Her work is guided by the philosophy of Leadership Beyond Objectives™ — developing leaders who lead with clarity, alignment, and purpose.

Lametra’s work includes leadership development, coaching, and facilitated conversations that help leaders think differently about how they lead.

She has worked with individuals and organizations navigating growth, transition, increased leadership responsibility, and the tension that often comes with evolving expectations.

Her approach is reflective, practical, and grounded in helping leaders align how they think, who they are, and how they lead.
